Rick Hasty has been a management consultant, executive coach, and facilitator to senior executives and their teams for more than 30 years. He formed LNG after serving in management roles at PwC for 12 years. He founded Conequity Resources, a management consulting firm acquired by PwC in 2010.
He is known for developing leaders who develop others, building practical business tools that have proven valuable for organizations throughout their growth cycles. His legacy is growing organizations that demonstrate excellence and sustainable results.
Rick has worked with technology and professional services companies on four continents, helping them to develop effective implementation strategies and build dynamic cultures for growing strong leaders.
Rick and his wife live in Charlotte, NC. He is an avid golfer and hiker and loves to hang out at their farm in Virginia, entertaining his 10 grandchildren.

Aaron Andrade has 20 years of experience building highly effective teams across start-up, technology, bio-pharma, military, digital media, non-profit, education and workforce development industries.
Aaron has a successful track record as a senior leader, executive coach and management consultant creating organizational development programs that increase employee engagement, improve team functioning, develop leaders and achieve business goals.
His coaching and team building strategies have received recognition in leading companies like The Boston Globe, Year Up and the U.S. Army where he was awarded a bronze star for his service in Iraq.
In 2020, Aaron co-founded Tend, a consulting firm focused on helping leaders to improve their team chemistry so they can accomplish their goals faster. He joined LeaveNowGrow as a senior consultant in July 2023.
When not serving the needs of clients, Aaron and his wife Laura are blessed to serve their three children as they adventure through life, basketball, horseback riding and cake decorating.
